Travel PT Outpatient - $2,285 per week

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Monticello, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
