Travel Outpatient PT - $2,206 per week

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel contract opportunity in Tempe, Arizona. In an outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 08/24/2026. The schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Shifts may extend to 8–10 hours, 4–5 days per week. One year of recent outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage treatment plans to achieve positive patient outcomes for diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Must complete drug screen and background screen.

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
