Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS certification is required; experience in an acute care hospital setting for at least one year within the past 12 months. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing; professional certification relevant to the specialty area. Additional Information: The RN will perform clinical assessments, develop and revise plans of care, coordinate and delegate patient care activities, evaluate patient responses, and document care processes in the patient record. Participation in clinical research and unit or facility shared leadership activities is encouraged. The role involves interaction with interdisciplinary teams, patients, families, and external contacts to support optimal health outcomes.
