Travel Progressive Care Unit RN - $2,375 per week

About the role

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse Remote Location. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The role requires utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to ensure high-quality patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs
• Formulating and revising care plans
• Providing direct nursing care
• Delegating activities
• Documenting in the patient record
• Evaluating patient responses
• Participating in quality improvement activities
• Use of a universal bed model
• Care for PCU, general telemetry monitored, and medical patients
• Expectation to provide care aligned with organizational policies and standards

Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or valid multi-state licensure; BLS certification required.
• No minimum years of experience specified; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months preferred.
• Must float between designated campuses.

Schedule

Day Shift, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
