Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing care while ensuring documentation aligns with organizational policies and professional standards.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans tailored to patient needs, considering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural factors.
• Provides direct patient care, including implementing physician orders, delegating tasks, and supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Ensures documentation is legible, timely, and compliant with policies.
• May participate in research activities, professional development, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
