Travel nurse RN PCU position at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. The facility is a Magnet-recognized hospital awarded for nursing excellence and quality patient care. It is a technologically advanced, acute care facility with 224 beds and a Certified Primary Stroke Center, with recent recognition for patient safety, stroke care, and bariatric surgery. Assignment start date: October 19, 2026.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of intermediate care (IMC) experience within the last 3 years. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended.
Qualifications
Required: Registered Nurse with PCU experience (2 years); Certifications: BLS‑AHA, ACLS‑AHA, CERT‑NIH Stroke Scale; Holidays: Yes; Weekends: Yes; Float: Yes; Scrub Colors: Navy Blue.
Preferred: Compact RN License In‑Hand; Previous Travel Experience; EPIC EMR experience.

Pay
Pay rate: $2,470.00 – $2,596.00 (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined, subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shift: 12 hours, nights; 36 hours per week; Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
