Travel Progressive Care RN - $2,533 per week

About the Role

Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Sentara Obici Memorial Hospital, a 175‑bed Magnet‑recognized facility and accredited Primary Stroke Center in Suffolk, VA. You will work in the Intermediate‑Medical‑Care (IMC) unit, caring for patients with moderate physiological instability with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4‑5. The hospital offers advanced heart and vascular, orthopedic and spine, imaging, gynecological, and comprehensive breast services.

Pay

Pay Rate: $2,470.00 – $2,596.00 (tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience (at least 18 months within the last 3 years)
• Certifications: BLS‑AHA, ACLS‑AHA, CERT‑NIH Stroke Scale
• Proficiency with drips: insulin, Lasix, Milrinone, Bumex, Heparin, Diltiazem
• Compliance with Artificial Nail Policy
• Scrub color: Navy Blue

Preferred Qualifications

• Compact RN license in‑hand
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR
