Travel Program Associate

What You'll Do

  • Process expense reports and reimbursement requests within established guidelines.
  • Communicate accurately and clearly to customers through both written and verbal response.
  • Engage higher-level staff or supervisor as needed to assist and respond to customers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on policy and procedure.
  • Maintain productive and collaborative work relationships with team members and customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Full working knowledge of the Concur Travel System and the Web Travel System.
  • Strong customer service through both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to interpret and enforce policy requirements.
  • Ability to identify process errors and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Knowledge of university, state and federal policies for compliance purposes.
