Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel requests, reservations, itinerary details, and customer follow-up using approved systems.
- Maintain accurate booking records, traveler preferences, vendor details, and schedule changes.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding confirmations, changes, and next steps.
- Research options and organize information so customers can make informed travel decisions.
- Resolve routine booking or service issues promptly while documenting actions and outcomes.

- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
