Travel PICU Respiratory Therapist - $2,125 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients in various settings.
• Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Train and educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Alaska.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to respiratory therapy.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of July 13, 2026.
