Travel Respiratory Therapist - PICU - $2,125 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Administer treatments such as nebulization, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Alaska.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

• Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
