Job Summary

Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Denver, Colorado. This position involves providing critical care to pediatric patients in a dedicated cardiac PICU.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Position: 1 RN

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Experience: At least 2 years of cardiac critical care experience
• Eligibility: Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: With peritoneal dialysis, CRRT skills, and ECMO bedside experience

Additional Information

• Unit: 10-bed unit specializing in postoperative care, inotropic and vasopressor infusions, chest tube management, and moderate sedation
• Team: Highly experienced with a focus on evidence-based practice and safety
• Support: Works closely with board-certified pediatric and congenital heart intensivists, utilizes advanced equipment like the centrimag, prismax, and arctic sun
• ECMO Center: Serves neonatal and cardiac patients with ample support resources available during shifts

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
