Responsibilities
- Assisting with implementing treatment plans
- Providing therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitoring patient progress
- Educating patients and families
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Supporting discharge planning
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited PTA program
- Passing the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- FL PTA licensure/certification
- BLS/First Aid certifications highly recommended
