Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem

Role & Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on rehabilitation and therapy services. Typically work Monday to Friday, with 30 hours guaranteed and 36-40 hours expected. Maintain high productivity, especially in SNF settings, with a strong preference for candidates with SNF experience. Handle therapy sessions, document patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a PTA. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SNF protocols.
