Role & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy assistance within a skilled nursing facility, including performing therapeutic exercises, collaborating with a team to develop and implement personalized care plans, and supporting patient rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license
• At least one work reference
• Preference for experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
