About the role
The successful candidate will provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with exercises and treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist.
- Help patients with mobility and positioning needs.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay
Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
