Schedule
- M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Familiar with general use and functions of the computer, including internet, email, and navigation of desktop applications
- Able to self-manage online HR services and training programs
- Licensed as a PTA by the state in which practicing
- 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Graduated from a 2-year college-level program approved by the APTA or CAPTE
- Experience with HCHB EMR system (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home health
- Experience with HCHB EMR system (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Carry out treatment plans
- Document patient progress
- Perform home visits within designated territories including Floyd, Montgomery, Giles, and Radford
