About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Elkhart, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering therapy services
- Perform administrative tasks related to patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Indiana
- Experience in a home health setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
