Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,549 per week

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Orange City, Florida. This position works 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide support in clinical inpatient rehabilitation settings.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARCC.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include associate degree in Physical Therapy and active state license.
• Experience with WellSky EMR is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
