Travel Physical Therapist - SNF/LTC - $2,285 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Augusta, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
• Knowledge of long-term care facility protocols and procedures.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
