Travel Physical Therapist - SNF/LTC - $2,160 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Maine
• At least one year of experience in SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Days schedule, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
