Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arizona

- Prior experience in a Rehab facility preferred
Physical Therapist Contract Details
- $2,080 - $2,253 per week*
- 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
- Rehab facility setting

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility.
