Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist - $2,280 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract in Honakaa, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient LTC setting using the Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure patient care quality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Hawaii.
• Pass a background check.
