Travel Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation - $2,266 per week

About the role

The client is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The position is a 13-week travel assignment starting on July 20, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients to learn about their conditions and create a personalized care plan.
• Document a patient’s medical history and progress.
• Communicate problems to supervisor and other team members.

Requirements

• Must have certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist certification.
• Experience working with patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Passionate about patient care.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software.
• Knowledgeable in various therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
