About the role
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients to determine their medical condition, functional abilities, and rehabilitation potential.
- Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, documenting patient progress and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Passed the NPTE and hold or be in the process of obtaining current state licensure.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Current CPR certification.
