Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Conduct mobility, balance, therapeutic exercises, and fall risk assessments, ensuring adherence to post-acute care documentation standards.
• Deliver therapy services during day shifts, support patient recovery in a skilled nursing environment, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• BLS and CPR certifications.

Skills

• Experience with geriatric populations.
• Experience with post-acute care.
• Experience with electronic medical records (preferred).
• Prior travel therapy experience (a plus).
