Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services in Astoria, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a SNF environment, including evaluating patients
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Documenting care
- Supporting patient rehabilitation and recovery
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy licensure in Oregon
- At least 2 years of SNF experience
- Certifications in Physical Therapy
- Experience with elderly populations (preferred)
- Knowledge of SNF operations (preferred)
Key Duties
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services
- Ensure documentation compliance
- Maintain strong communication with patients and staff

Schedule
