About the role
Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services
- Maintain approximately 85% productivity
- Work with EMR system Net Health (Rehab Optima)
- Flexibility for full‑time hours, including potential weekend and float coverage
- Deliver patient care
- Ensure documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Manage travel, licensing, and credentialing with comprehensive support from the staffing agency
Qualifications
- Prior SNF experience strongly preferred
- Ability to handle credentialing and licensing processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay
