Travel Physical Therapist - Per Week

About the role

We are seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating and developing care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervising PTAs and support staff
• Billing according to facility guidelines
• Adhering to state‑specific PT regulations
• Collaborating with medical personnel to ensure coordinated care
• Assessing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress
• Utilizing medical systems for documentation
• Providing accurate and timely records per regulatory standards
• Understanding adaptive equipment

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged)
• BLS certification
• State‑specific licensure
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform bending or stooping
• May require additional certifications prior to starting
