Job Summary
A Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week, 40-hour per week, 8-hour day shift position in Clackamas, Oregon starting October 26, 2026.

Provides outpatient physical therapy services at a designated healthcare facility, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapy license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient settings
Additional Information
- Candidate must complete ATI documentation outside of the staffing agency's clearance process before being cleared to start.
- Permanent license required for ATI; no compact licenses accepted.
- Candidates with recent ATI employment within the past year are not eligible to reapply until separated for at least one year.
- Verification of eligibility required for previous ATI traveler or permanent work history over a year ago.
