About the role
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education. The position requires working in an outpatient setting with a schedule from Monday through Friday, ensuring a high quality of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop tailored treatment plans
- Document medical records accurately and timely
- Participate in student supervision
- Maintain professional licensure
- Adhere to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Demonstrate skills in clinical reasoning, documentation, and adherence to state practice acts and regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- CPR certification
- License in good standing for the state of Nevada
- Minimum of 0 years of outpatient clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previously completed an assignment with the agency or with the organization
Schedule
Monday–Thursday 8 am–6 pm, Friday 8 am–12 pm, 40 hours per week. Shift: 8 hours, days.
