Required Qualifications

• Active license, 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, valid in Oregon, and a degree in Physical Therapy.

Additional Information

• Candidate must complete documentation with the organization outside of the AMN Healthcare clearance packet prior to being cleared for assignment.
• If the candidate has worked perm/PRN at the organization within the last year, they are ineligible to reapply until separated for one year.
• Candidates with previous travel or perm/PRN work history more than one year prior may be eligible, pending verification.
• A compact license can be accepted initially but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Float rotation may be required.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
