Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- active and applicable license for the state
- demonstrated orthopedic knowledge

Job Summary
Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Ensures treatment delivery under signed, valid physician orders and insurance approval. Participates in student programs, provides a positive learning environment, and maintains professional licensure and ongoing education. Follows performance improvement initiatives and promotes safety and compliance at all times.
