Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• CPR certification
• Active applicable state license in good standing
• Ability to perform in an ethical manner according to professional codes of conduct

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assignment with the organization
• Successful completion of a prior assignment with the agency

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment starting 08/17/2026
