Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Document medical records accurately and timely
• Ensure care aligns with signed, valid physician orders and insurance requirements
• Actively participate in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations
• Contribute to professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations
• Adhere to the organization's performance improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and safety policies
• Maintain focus on patient and employee safety in all areas including safe patient handling and infectious disease control

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• CPR Certification
• Active applicable license in the state where work will be performed (Pennsylvania)

• Days shift
• 8-hour shifts

Pay
