Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,320 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Eugene, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
• Assist clients in regaining mobility and independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Long Term Care or related field
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
