Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,230 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting December 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in a SNF setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer software used in healthcare settings.

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
