Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,210 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in West Orange, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least two years of recent clinical experience in a SNF setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
