About the role
Travel Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, specializing in Long Term Care and Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and modify treatment plans
- Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
- Evaluate patient progress
- Document outcomes
- Provide patient, family, and caregiver education
- Communicate with healthcare team
- Supervise assistants and students
- Participate in meetings and trainings
- Ensure compliance with professional standards
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Develop evidence-based care plans
- Deliver therapy services
- Monitor progress
- Ensure proper documentation
- Provide consultation and discharge summaries
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience
- LTC or Rehab setting experience
- MO license (if applicable)
- At least one professional reference
- New graduates with Level II clinical experience considered
- Compact license accepted

Schedule
40-hour week, day shifts, no weekends or on-call required, up to 5 days of requested time off.
