About the role
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in a Long Term Care setting. This role offers a 13‑week assignment focused on delivering quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with physical disorders and wound care needs
- Developing individualized care plans
- Administering manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
- Providing patient, family, and caregiver education
- Communicating with healthcare teams
- Completing documentation and discharge summaries
- Participating in care conferences and facility trainings
- Supervising assistants and students
- Adhering to professional standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience
- LTC or SNF background
- State licensure (no compact licenses)
- At least one professional reference
- New grads with Level II clinical experience are considered

Schedule
