Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PTAs and support staff
• Bill within facility guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state PT regulations
• Collaborate with medical personnel to formulate and modify care plans
• Evaluate patient progress
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Utilize medical documentation systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged)
• Current BLS certification
• State-specific license
• Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Schedule
