Travel Physical Therapist Home Health Job

About the role

Physical Therapist travel assignment in a home health setting in Tillamook, Oregon. The 13‑week contract begins 11/30/2026 and runs on a 5x8 day shift (40 hours per week). You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including modalities, manual techniques, and exercise programs, and may mentor staff on technical skills. Weekly pay ranges from $2,622 to $2,758.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including modalities, manual techniques, and common exercise techniques
• Instruct and guide patients through functional activities such as bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans; monitor patient progress and adjust as needed
• Document patient status and communicate with supervising PT to coordinate care
• Mentor and train staff on technical skills as appropriate
• Work with minimal supervision and uphold professional standards of care in the home health setting

Requirements

• Current physical therapist license in Oregon (active and in good standing)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Relevant clinical experience; home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform duties in a home health setting and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Eligible to participate in a 13‑week travel assignment starting 11/30/2026

Pay

Weekly pay range: $2,622–$2,758 per week.
