Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,640 per week

About the role

A travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed for a position in Gloucester, Virginia starting July 27, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks. The shift is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in Home Health
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly payments are estimated and include hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.
