A travel Home Health Physical Therapist position is available in Warsaw, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Experience with homebound patients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to home health care.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
