About the role
Average weekly pay is estimated to be $4,000 based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine.
- At least 1 year of experience in Home Health Physical Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel independently and work in various home settings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
