Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Rutland, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Vermont
• Experience in a hospital or outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
