Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,326 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week home health contract in the Louisville Metro area, utilizing Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conducting SOC, ROC, recertification, evaluations, and ongoing patient visits in a home health setting
• Working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating weekend shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Performing 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Charting in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Participating in holiday rotation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; new graduates are less preferred
• Active state or compact (NLC) PT license required at time of consideration
• Active BLS certification required
• Driver’s license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years

Qualifications

• Passport required for international assignments

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
