About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Treatment of various conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Physical Therapist License
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home health care protocols
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,640.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
