Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment in Wilmington, Ohio.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- 1 year of home health physical therapy experience
- Current PT license for the state of Ohio
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Productivity expectation: 30 points
- Coverage area includes Highland, Clinton, and Fayette counties
- Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Location Highlights
Wilmington, Ohio offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional city hubs. Caesar Creek State Park is about 25 miles west and features hiking, boating, and a 1,300-foot public beach, while downtown Cincinnati is about 55 miles southwest for museums, dining, and pro sports. Wilmington sits along U.S. Route 68 and near I-71, providing road access to Columbus in about 1 hour and Dayton in about 50 minutes. The area also includes the historic Murphy Theatre in downtown Wilmington and nearby Cowan Lake State Park, about 20 miles north, for kayaking, fishing, and campground stays.
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
