Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,420 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in San Mateo, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a home health setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
